In a pivotal diplomatic move, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba conveyed to Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi that Kyiv remains open to engaging in peace negotiations with Russia, provided Moscow demonstrates genuine commitment.
